Walking tour of Medieval Grasse followed by lunch
Wednesday April 6, 2022

Most people associate Grasse with fragrance, but its history is much more than just that of fragrance and flowers. Join us on a walking tour of Grasse and learn about the medieval history of this famous town built on a base of extinct volcanoes. Discover the development of the glove industry, the spas and much more. The tour will be 2.0 hours and finish with a lunch at Le Rendez Vous restaurant.

Aurélie Valentin-Popov will be our Tour guide. She has a vast knowledge of the town and will keep you totally riveted with this fascinating story of the development of Grasse.

As Grasse is hilly, please consider whether you will be able to manage the steepness and steps. If it is raining it will be cancelled as it is all outside.

Meeting point : 9h45 in front of the “Café des Musées” , 1 rue Jean Ossola 06130 Grasse. (Opposite main exit of parking Honoré Cresp)

*Closing date for registration is April 1, 2022.

*Cancellations must be made by April 3, 2022.
