Join us for an exciting voyage of discovery revealing the multi-talented Art Deco painter, sculptor, furniture designer, and porcelain master René Crevel in La Napoule followed by a lunch at La Corderie.
The cultural center, Villa Logis d’Azur, will open privately for this IWCR event, just for our exclusive tour.
Set across the road from the harbor, at the edge of Mandelieu-La-Napoule, the villa is a recently opened venue highlighting artists from the Côte d’Azur who have been under-recognized in recent years. When I first visited the Crevel exhibit, I had never heard of him. It was a revelation. Those of us who have lived on the côte for many years feel quite confident that we have visited every museum, chapel, special exhibition and villa highlighting the many artists who have chosen to call our corner of the world, home. Crevel was an unknown to me and I now I want to know everything about him.
Our tour will be led by the exhibition curator and an English translator.

There will be Aperitifs at 11:30, followed by lunch at 12:15 across the street at La Corderie, Menu with starter, main and dessert with wine.
