Are you interested in improving your command of French and meeting local people; we are an exceptionally friendly and varied bunch, and as it includes members of the village library there are also men in this group. We meet in the Médiathèque in Chateauneuf.

Our weekly programme sent to members gives details in both French and English of the topic of conversation so that people can prepare for their linguistic efforts if they want to!  The conversation sessions run for roughly the academic year, starting in mid-September and with a Christmas lunch in December, and a summer picnic for the last session in June; this is usually a visit to some point of interest in the area,
